These Terms of Service govern your use of aestheticamino.com and any purchase you make from Aesthetic Aminos. Read them before you order. Placing an order means you accept them.
You may use this site and buy from us only if all of the following are true:

Everything we sell is supplied for in-vitro laboratory research. Our products are not approved drugs, food, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy in humans or animals.
We make no claim, express or implied, that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents, or affects any condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Any statement you encounter elsewhere attributing a therapeutic effect to one of our products was not made by us and is not authorized by us.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping or applicable tax. We may change prices, revise product descriptions, or discontinue an item at any time without notice.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We accept your offer when we confirm your payment and dispatch your shipment. Until then we may decline or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, if we cannot verify the information you gave us, or if we have reason to believe the order conflicts with these Terms.
We accept Venmo and Zelle. We do not process credit cards, debit cards, or cryptocurrency.
Both methods are manual. When you place an order it is recorded as On Hold and nothing ships. You then send the order total to the Venmo handle or Zelle contact shown at checkout, including your order number in the note or memo so we can match it. Once we confirm the funds have arrived, we move the order to Processing, you receive a second email, and we ship.
Payment must reach us within 24 hours of checkout. Unpaid orders are cancelled after that, and cancellation releases the stock back to inventory — a cancelled order is not a reservation.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment account you send from and that the funds are lawfully yours.
We ship within the continental United States only. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the package. Details, timing, and what to do about a delayed or damaged shipment are on the Shipping Policy page.
Because these are research chemicals shipped in temperature-controlled packaging, returns are limited. The circumstances under which we replace or refund an order are set out on the Refund Policy page. If something is wrong with your order, write to [email protected] — we would much rather fix it than argue about it.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your login. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe someone else has accessed it.

The Aesthetic Aminos name, logo, site design, product photography, and written content are our property or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Certificates of analysis describe the lot they were issued for. They are not a warranty of performance in your experiment, and they do not extend to material after it has left our custody or been reconstituted, stored, or handled by you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising out of your purchase or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we were told such damages were possible.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aesthetic Aminos and its owners, officers, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
