This policy explains what Aesthetic Aminos collects when you use aestheticamino.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

What we collect

Information you give us:

Name, email address, shipping address, and phone number when you place an order.
Your confirmation that you are 21 or older and that you are buying for research use.
Account credentials, if you create an account.
The contents of any message you send us.
Your email address if you subscribe to updates.

Information collected automatically:

IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
Pages viewed, time on site, and the site or search that referred you.
Cookies and similar technologies (see below).

What we do not collect: we accept Venmo and Zelle only, and both transfers happen inside those apps rather than on our site. We never see or store your card number, bank account number, or banking credentials. What we receive is a payment notification showing the sender name, amount, and the note you attached.

Why we use it

To process, pack, and ship your order, and to match your Venmo or Zelle payment to it.
To confirm you meet the age and research-use requirements.
To send order confirmations, shipping notices, and replies to your questions.
To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
To send marketing email, only if you opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
To meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share the minimum necessary with:

Shipping carriers — your name and address, so your order can be delivered.
Service providers who operate parts of our business on our behalf: our web host, our email provider, and our analytics provider. They are permitted to use the data only to provide that service to us.
Legal authorities, when we are required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.
A successor, if the business is sold or merged. You would be notified before your information became subject to a different policy.

Venmo and Zelle are operated by third parties. When you send a payment, your interaction with those services is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember that you passed the age gate, and measure site traffic in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you do, parts of the site — the cart in particular — may stop working correctly.

We use Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's browser add-on.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them to support the order and to satisfy tax and recordkeeping law — generally seven years. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
Correct anything that is wrong.
Delete your information, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
Stop sending you marketing email.

Write to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first — we will not hand over someone's order history to whoever asks for it.

Age

This site is for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have, we delete it. If you believe a minor has given us information, tell us at [email protected].

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and we restrict access to order data to the people who need it to fill orders. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that a determined attacker will never succeed. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
